Rose Rippey, CEO

Vincent Colmar, Analyst
Rose Rippey and Vincent Colmar were analytical consultants for MicroStrategy, Inc for five years, working with Fortune 500 companies on data mining and analytics, after graduating from Harvard and MIT in the 90s.

In 1999 they joined 1-800-Radiator, the leading supplier of auto radiators in the country, with Rose managing Internet Operations and Vincent overseeing Marketing Analytics.

Over the next six years 1-800-Radiator internet sales grew from $400K to $8 million, while company sales went from $13 million to $60 million. Using their strong analytic background, Rose and Vincent were able to identify and quantify high growth trends and maximize them.

Blair Mundy, VP Product Development
They decided to distill their analytic and online marketing experience in forming Pelican Search, Inc. in 2006, as a consulting firm which specializes in growing online customer acquisitions through paid search marketing without the use of "out of the box" software.

As Pelican Search expanded rapidly and in 2010 became Catch Marketing Services, providing PPC, SEO and web analytics marketing consultation and services to diverse clients across the globe. The switch to Catch Marketing also added Blair Mundy and Erin Farnsworth to the mix of experienced partners.

Blair Mundy worked with Rose and Vincent at 1-800-Radiator in web marketing and analytics, driving sales through SEO content creation, PPC, eBay auctions, affiliate partnerships, and email campaigns.

Blair came to Catch as VP of Product Development in early 2010 after 4 years as Web Marketing Manager for MicroMain, a leading software distributor in Austin, TX, where she managed internet operations. She has an undergraduate in Online Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and a graduate degree in Design from California College of the Arts in San Francisco, CA.

Erin Farnsworth, VP Sales
Erin Farnsworth joined the Catch Marketing team as VP of sales in 2009 bringing with her more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience.

Erin worked with retail monsters such as Nordstrom and the Footlocker group, where she saw the development of ecommerce to what it is today. Erin’s background also includes working in school fundraising where she led a team that raised millions of dollars for schools nationwide each year.
